PC DOCS was a leading worldwide provider of open document management systems for enterprise networks, the Internet, and corporate Intranets. In June 1993, we invested together with Quorum Growth Inc., in a company that ultimately became PC DOCS Group International, with listings on both the TSE and NASDAQ. Carey Diamond was active as a Director of PC DOCS from 1993 to 1997. The Board was especially active, directing PC DOCS through a corporate restructuring, operational turn-around and subsequent successful secondary public offering. Carey also served as a member of the Compensation Committee. In June 1999, HUMMINGBIRD (now OpenText) acquired PC DOCS Group International.
